Company Working: Sibelco Group is a leading producer of material science globally. The company offers various products in the field of construction, glass & electronics, ceramics, coatings, polymers, water filtration, industry & consumer, recycling, metallurgy, and other various sectors. It produces quartz and cristobalite, two crystalline forms of silica, as sands and flours for a variety of uses in solar technology to smartphone displays, from flame retardants to drinking water sanitation. Strategy

Sibelco Group is working towards the strategy 2025 to become a global leader in the mining, processing & selling of silica sand and a regional leader in clays, feldspathic, olivine, and glass recycling. The Sibelco 2025 plan is divided into three separate temporal phases: focus, win, and grow. The first phase began in late 2020 when Sibelco had a competitive advantage or might develop a path to gaining a competitive advantage. Following that, it set out to reclaim the potential to win by establishing a new geographical structure, improving management, implementing modern systems (SAP S4/Hana, Salesforce, and Workday), sharpening business processes, strengthening sustainability framework, and tightening corporate governance. Also, it continued to build industrial platforms, which serve as a hub for cluster coordination and support. This technology enables to optimization of backbone procedures while also improving overall operational and commercial efficiency at the site, cluster, and central Sibelco levels. The company is highly ambitious to achieve its targets. In 2022, it acquired Kremer Beheer B.V. in the Netherlands, Eusebio Echave S.A. in Spain, and Bassanetti & C S.R.L. in Italy to expand silica and glass recycling operations in Western Europe.
