GKN designs and manufactures a portfolio of products for off-highway vehicles positions in the supply of power takeoff shafts and wheels. On January 5, 2009, the Company acquired the trade and assets of the wing component manufacturing and assembly operation of Airbus UK, which is located on the Airbus Filton site
