July 2018	Product Launch	DiaSorin and QIAGEN N.V. announced the launch of the LIAISON QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus. It detects latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) on LIAISON analyzer systems. This new test was developed in a partnership between DiaSorin and QIAGEN.
February 2018	Agreement	DIASORIN S.P.A. and the Trivitron Healthcare Group concluded a deal, according to which Trivitron Healthcare sold its minority interest (49%) held in the joint venture to the US company DiaSorin Inc., for a consideration of EUR 3.5 million.
