In order to increase its global presence, ZC-Rubber opened two manufacturing facilities in Thailand and Brazil known as ZC Rubber Thailand and ZC Rubber Brazil, respectively. Strategy
ZC-Rubber is focusing on developing advanced technologies for both, raw materials and tire design, in order to keep improving tire safety and value, which will improve its share in green tire market. It concentrates on improving tire mileage, providing longer tire life, reducing the unexpected tire failure, and lowering fuel consumption, especially for construction and mining applications.
The company is working on smart production methods to focus on green tire production and promote production efficiency through its overall production activities. Furthermore, it is working with Ali Cloud, a subsidiary of Alibaba and one of the leading cloud computing service providers, for monitoring all types of data generated during tire production for a critical analysis on the production process, reduced energy consumption, and cost saving as well as for enhancing the production yield rate.
