March 2019	Mergers & Acquisition	Tenaris S.A completed the acquisition of IPSCO Tubulars (US) for USD 1.2 billion to expand its steel bar production capacity in the US. Through this development, it strengthened its presence in the US
January 2019	Contract & Agreement	Tenaris S.A signed a contract with BP (UK) to supply OCTG products and accessories along with ‘Rig Direct’ service to support the drilling activities in the oil & gas industry in Tangguh, Indonesia. This helped it expand its business operations in Indonesia.
December 2017	Expansion	Tenaris S.A inaugurated a USD 1.8 billion seamless pipe mill in Bay City, Texas. The mill is equipped with high-level automated technologies to produce seamless pipes. The mill manufactured 600,000 tons of OCTG for its clientele in Bay city, Freeport, Midland, and Oklahoma.
July 2016	Contract & Agreement	Tenaris S.A. signed a contract with Romgaz SA (Romania) to supply 6,000 tons of casings and Tenaris Hydril Blue to its natural gas operations in Romania. This helped it gain a larger customer base in Romania
