For instance, in July 2015, when a low-pressure turbine (LPT) unit was facing technical problems, the Proenergy team was available at the client’s unit within 24 hours with a replacement LPT unit, and additional repairs were also made to the adjacent gas turbine. The company has also substantially invested in customer retention by concentrating on the value-addition aspects of its services.
