Strategy
The company has its strategic interest in achieving in-organic growth through new contracts and agreements. For instance, in April 2016, MTU AERO ENGINES and Statoil (Norway) signed a contract, where the company will provide maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for industrial gas turbine. Moreover, it has focus on the development of new engines for aircraft with other partners, such as GE (US), which will help the company, expand its business in the MRO segment by catering to the service requirements of both, commercial engines and gas turbine.
