Since its founding in 1968 by Victor Joskin as an agricultural contractor, JOSKIN has expanded its operations, establishing its Soumagne site in 1972 and adding retail and repair of agricultural equipment by 1973. Import activities began in 1974, leading to the formation of Société Anonyme Ets. JOSKIN in 1983. The company launched its first slurry spreader in 1984 and expanded with SCIMASA in 1988, a site in Trzcianka in 1999, and a Bourges factory in 2002. SPAW TECH was founded in Andrimont in 2007. In 2013, JOSKIN acquired Leboulch, and in 2022, announced plans for a new factory in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg
